What if you could access the deepest levels of your consciousness to receive insight, healing, and transformation—directly from within yourself?
That’s the promise of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), a profound method of self-discovery and healing developed by the late Dolores Cannon.
On a recent episode of the Journey Mindfulness Podcast, I spoke with Biba Logan, a former skeptic turned seasoned QHHT practitioner and intuitive guide who has helped countless people access their inner wisdom. Our discussion opened powerful territory around how QHHT works, why people seek it, and what it truly means to trust the subconscious mind. In fact it was after her own QHHT experience that Biba experienced a type of savant syndrome and became a prolific artist, you may see here work here.
What Is QHHT?
QHHT is a form of deep hypnosis that allows clients to access a Theta brainwave state—the liminal space between waking and sleep. In this state, people can:
-
Access past life memories
-
Connect with the Higher Self or “Subconscious”
-
Receive insight, direction, and even profound healing for their current life
As Biba beautifully explained:
“It’s not about the facilitator having the answers. It’s about the client connecting with the part of themselves that knows everything.”
This reflects a principle found in both mindfulness and depth psychology: the wisdom we seek is often already within us—waiting to be remembered.
Why People Seek QHHT
According to Biba, people are often drawn to QHHT during threshold moments—times of uncertainty, burnout, spiritual awakening, or major life transitions. Common reasons include:
-
Clarifying life purpose
-
Healing physical or emotional struggles
-
Releasing karmic or recurring patterns
-
Navigating spiritual awakening or trauma
-
Reconnecting with intuition and inner guidance
QHHT often complements psychotherapy, coaching, or other healing practices, offering access to layers of awareness that talk alone can’t always reach.
Trusting the Subconscious
One of the most profound themes of our conversation was the role of trust—trust in the subconscious itself.
Many clients ask: “Am I making this up?”
Biba addressed this head-on:
“Even if your conscious mind is doubting, your subconscious is speaking. The information comes through feeling, imagery, metaphor, and emotion. That’s where the truth lives.”
One of the most common questions people have about hypnosis or QHHT is: “If I’m not hearing facts, how do I know it’s real?”
The key is understanding the different languages of the mind. Our conscious mind—the part we use for daily problem-solving—communicates in facts, logic, and step-by-step reasoning. It’s what helps us plan, analyze, and navigate everyday life.
The subconscious mind, however, speaks in an entirely different way. Its language is one of symbols, emotions, sensations, and images. That’s why dreams often feel so powerful: the subconscious doesn’t say, “You feel vulnerable.” Instead, it may show you an image of standing unprepared on a stage, or being caught in a storm. These experiences carry truth, but not always in the form of direct statements.
That doesn’t mean the subconscious never brings up facts—it can and does surface forgotten memories or insights with astonishing clarity. But when it comes to healing and transformation, the subconscious almost always works through metaphor, imagery, and intuitive knowing. This symbolic language allows us to bypass the logical mind and access a deeper level of truth—one that is often felt more than it is explained.
Key Insights from Our Conversation
1. The Subconscious as Healer
QHHT isn’t driven by suggestion but guided by the client’s own subconscious. As Biba put it:
“They have all the answers already—they just need a safe space to access them.”
Healing comes through energetic shifts, remembering, and release, not intellectual analysis.
2. Gentle Yet Transformative Healing
Clients often revisit past events—whether from this lifetime or symbolic lifetimes—with compassion and new perspective. Many emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their authentic self.
3. A Tool for Awakening
Biba noted that many seek QHHT during times of spiritual crisis or awakening:
“So many of us are awakening now. We’re being called to remember.”
This work helps clients reconnect with their higher purpose during moments of uncertainty.
4. Past Lives as Mirrors, Not Novelties
Past life regressions are common in QHHT, but they aren’t entertainment—they’re for healing. The stories that emerge often mirror present-day themes, soul lessons, or unresolved patterns, whether literal or symbolic. The lives that do come up in regression are relevant to this life, and this moment, perhaps a current challenge or to answer a specific question.
5. Trusting Intuition Again
Perhaps the greatest gift of QHHT is helping people reconnect with their inner knowing. As Biba reminded us:
“Your imagination is how the soul speaks to you.”
