Your Mind Worries. Your Heart Knows.
Quick question: Where were you the last time you were worried about money? Or stuck on a decision? Or replaying that conversation for the hundredth time?
If you're like most people, you were in your head.
And here's the problem with that: your mind is where the problem lives. It's running on old programming—trauma, conditioning, survival mode. You can't solve a money problem from the same consciousness that created it.
But your heart? Your heart already knows.
Your Heart as a Supercomputer
I just sat down with Georgia Jean from the Circle of Light, and she said something that stopped me in my tracks:
"Your heart is a supercomputer AI generator."
Not metaphorically. Mechanically.
Your heart sees all possible timelines. It knows your inherent worth. It knows which job aligns with your purpose, why that relationship keeps triggering you, and what fear you're finally ready to release.
The problem is we've forgotten how to listen.
The Heart-Centering Technique
This is the exact practice Georgia taught me. It's practical, repeatable, and it works.
1. Find a Quiet Space & Breathe
Place one hand over your heart. Take 3 slow breaths: inhale (4 counts), exhale (6 counts). You're signaling to your nervous system that it's safe.
2. Drop Your Attention into the Heart
Close your eyes. Drop your focus from your head down into your heart space. Imagine golden light glowing there.
Say: "I center in my heart now."
3. Surrender the Mind
Let thoughts float by like clouds. Don't fight them.
Say: "I surrender my mind to my heart."
4. Ask the Heart a Clear Question
Use this exact phrasing:
"Heart, what do I need to know right now about [X]?"
Fill in the blank: money, your relationship, that fear, your purpose, the decision you're avoiding.
Then wait. Be patient. Just see what arises when you pay attention purposefully. (This is mindfulness.)
5. Receive Without Judgment
The answer might come as a feeling, a memory, an image, or a knowing. Even if it's uncomfortable.
Say: "I love and accept this energy exactly as it is."
6. Stay or Return Later
Start with 3–10 minutes daily. Over time, your heart becomes your default operating system.
What You Need to Know
It's normal to feel uncomfortable at first. The heart fast-tracks you to blocked energy. That's not a bug—it's the feature.
This isn't about feeling good all the time. It's about feeling real.
Use this before big decisions, difficult conversations, or creative work. It aligns you with your highest timeline—the version of your life where you're not running old programming.
Try This Today
Before your next meeting. Before you open your email. Before that call you've been avoiding.
Hand on heart. Three breaths. Ask the question.
See what answers.
